Overview
SI-Mesh is a silicone gel mesh dressing designed to protect wounds and prevent adhesion to the wound surface. Its porous mesh structure allows blood and wound exudate to pass through to a secondary absorbent dressing. The silicone gel does not adhere to wet wound surfaces while providing gentle adhesion to the surrounding skin, helping to minimize tissue damage during dressing removal. The flexible mesh material conforms to fine irregularities of the wound surface.
