Overview

Quickfix® Catheter Fixation Assisted Tape is a specialized medical fixation tape manufactured by ALCARE Co., Ltd., Japan. It is designed to assist in the secure fixation of catheters and medical lines while simplifying and standardizing the catheter fixation procedure. The product features a pre-cut, integrated design, eliminating the need for scissors or additional preparation. Its unique Ω-Fixation design helps secure the catheter while reducing direct pressure on the skin. Quickfix consists of a Base Tape and a dedicated Catheter Tape, allowing the catheter fixation section to be replaced or reapplied without removing the base tape. This design helps reduce repeated skin irritation and supports convenient catheter management.

    1. Base Tape The adhesive base is applied to the skin and provides the foundation for the fixation system. 2. Catheter Tape The dedicated catheter tape wraps around the catheter and forms the Ω-shaped fixation, helping maintain the catheter securely in position.
