COLOCLEAN PC is a Colostomy Irrigation Set manufactured by ALCARE Co., Ltd., Japan and designed for colostomy irrigation, also known as bowel irrigation through a stoma. The set contains the appliances required during and after colostomy irrigation. The components can be compactly stored in the supplied carrying bag, making the system convenient for home use, travel and use outside the home. COLOCLEAN PC is designed for colostomy irrigation, in which lukewarm water is introduced into the colon through the stoma to facilitate bowel evacuation. The technique is particularly associated with selected patients with descending or sigmoid colostomies.
