Overview

Procare Paste by ALCARE Co., Ltd., Japan is a paste-type skin barrier formulated with Karaya Gum and Citrus Pectin. It is applied to the skin side of the faceplate / skin barrier to improve the adhesion of ostomy appliances.

Instructions for UseInstructions for Use Clean the skin around the stoma and dry it thoroughly. Apply an appropriate amount of Procare Paste around the stoma-sized opening on the skin side of the faceplate. Allow the paste to dry briefly until the surface is no longer sticky. Spread the paste evenly over the required area. Apply the skin barrier to the body after the paste has dried. Important Precautions Procare Paste contains alcohol and should not be applied directly to the skin, wounds, swelling, eczema, or irritated areas. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Securely close the tube cap after use to prevent the paste from drying inside the tube
