Overview
MiraCradle® – Neonate Cooler is a passive cooling device designed to induce and maintain therapeutic hypothermia in newborns suffering from birth asphyxia and Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE). The system uses advanced savE® Phase Change Material (PCM) technology to provide precise temperature control of approximately 33–34°C for up to 72 hours, with minimal manual supervision and without the need for a continuous electricity supply.

Insulated Cradle savE® FS-29 PCM savE® FS-21 PCM Conduction Mattress savE® FS-29: Three units are placed at the bottom of the cradle and are used to maintain and sustain therapeutic hypothermia. savE® FS-21: Used together with savE® FS-29 to rapidly reduce the newborn's temperature to approximately 33°C. It is subsequently removed while FS-29 continues to maintain the therapeutic temperature. Conduction Mattress: A gel-based mattress that provides a comfortable surface for the newborn and improves heat transfer between the newborn and the PCM. Insulated Cradle: A rotomolded plastic structure designed to hold the cooling components and provide thermal insulation to improve the duration of cooling.
