Overview
LEON plus edition is an advanced anesthesia workstation and anesthesia ventilator manufactured by Löwenstein Medical, Germany, designed to meet the requirements of modern anesthesia. Building on the proven concept of the Leon plus, the LEON plus edition combines advanced ergonomics, flexible configuration options, enhanced IT performance and a sustainable approach to anesthetic gas utilization. The workstation is designed to support the anesthesiologist throughout the complete anesthesia workflow, from preparation and patient induction to intraoperative ventilation and monitoring. The LEON plus edition is designed, developed and manufactured at Löwenstein Medical's headquarters in Bad Ems, Germany.

The LEON plus edition is designed with enhanced IT performance to support integration into modern clinical environments and future digital developments. Löwenstein Medical has announced an HL7 interface as a future development for standardized data transfer to clinical information systems, enabling anesthesia and ventilation data to be integrated and documented directly.
